Kcitr is an online marketplace that connects independent sellers with buyers. We provide the platform; individual sellers are responsible for their products, descriptions, pricing, and fulfillment.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
Kcitr facilitates payments between buyers and sellers. Sellers may be subject to platform fees and payment processing charges. All fees are communicated transparently before listing. Refer to our pricing page for current rates.

All Kcitr branding, design, and platform content are owned by Kcitr. Sellers retain ownership of their product content but grant Kcitr a license to display it on the platform.
Kcitr acts as a marketplace facilitator. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of items listed by sellers. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the community. You may close your account at any time through your dashboard settings.
We encourage buyers and sellers to resolve disputes directly. If that fails, Kcitr offers a mediation process. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
